By accessing and using ada (ada.diojen.tech), operated by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ada provides premium Shopify Hydrogen starter kits and web templates for e-commerce development. Our products include source code, documentation, and related digital assets that can be purchased and downloaded through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. License Terms

Single License

A Single License grants you the right to use the purchased product for:

• One personal or commercial project
• Unlimited modifications for that project
• Lifetime updates for the purchased product

Agency License

An Agency License grants you the right to use the purchased product for:

• Unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Client projects and freelance work
• Unlimited modifications
• Lifetime updates for the purchased product

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
• Create derivative products for sale
• Share access credentials or download links
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use the product in a way that competes with ada

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after download. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

• The product is significantly different from the description
• There are critical bugs that prevent normal use
• You have not downloaded the product

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ada are owned by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it according to the license terms, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
